When will my order ship?

  • Items are shipped from different locations across the United States, and typically are shipped out within 3-8 business days from time of purchase. Orders during April 15-30 may experience some delays.

What happens if my order is damaged?

  • This is rare, don't worry! Reach out to lostatseasales@gmail.com and expect a response in one business day. Please include images, order number and details!

Can I cancel my order?

  • Cancelling orders can only be done by reaching out via email; and must be immediately after ordering. Orders show on our end as “pending” for two hours, and after that time they cannot be adjusted as the order is sent in for production. You will know if your email cancellation notice was successful when you receive the email regarding order cancellation and refund notification. 

Do you offer returns?

  • Due to COVID-19, returns will not be accepted. The site will be updated in the future when this changes.

How often do new products launch?

  • New products are in development all the time! Have a recommendation for a new product or logo? Shoot us an image at lostatseasales@gmail.com, and maybe we can hook you up with some free items!

Are there promo codes?

  • Any active promo codes will come to your inbox, or can be found in various comments across the various Lost At Sea Social Media accounts and subsidiaries .
